200 SERIES THERMOFORMERS
Proven dual-station design for CPET and other high-tonnage clamping and coining applications.
This line of versatile thermoformers is designed around the requirements for forming CPET and other commonly processed plastic materials. Heavy-duty servo-driven twin forming stations ensure precise, well-defined parts for difficult-to-form materials. When longer mold capacity, extreme forming pressure or clamping forces are required, the 200 Series meets the challenge.
Standard Features:
Heavy-Duty Design – servo-driven, dual cam platen drives for powerful and precise forming performance. Dual form station is constructed to enhance front-to-back clamping force.
Versatile, Precise Controls – standard with the Informer 2™ PLC Process Control System.
PLC-Controlled Oven Zones – individually controlled zones with thermocouple feedback; top and bottom heating elements; space- saving clamshell design; available in a variety of lengths.
Rugged Sheet Conveying and Index Design – unique Lyle captive chain sheet transport system; double-wide chain; water-flooded for enhanced process control; automatic tensioning of pin chain; adjustable hold-down bars; splined drive shaft for rapid adjustment.

FM SERIES THERMOFORMERS
Efficiency, speed and reliability in versatile continuous thermoformers.
This line of versatile thermoformers offers high speed as well as economical and reliable performance for a variety of forming applications. Two moving platens (top and bottom) guided on precision linear bearings allow parts to be formed up or down as required, optimizing material distribution and part weight reduction. The FM series features powerful and precise servo platen drives and is available in a wide range of sizes and configurations (see Specifications). Additional or custom sizes are also available as well as deep draw versions.

P2 SERIES HORIZONTAL TRIM PRESS

The P2 Series horizontal trim press fills the requirement for high-speed trim operations for a wide variety of parts, including cups or other deep draw parts. The unique Versa-Feed system allows accurate motorized feed positioning while the press is in operation. Parts are always presented precisely to the trim surface for trim accuracy. Our precision linear bearing guide system ensures platen stability and extended tool life.
